Our team has built an extension in place of the old conservatory. The customer's idea was to create an extension with two folding doors to allow open doors in the summer and enjoy a great view of Sutton Park. The project was finished with breathtaking landscape transformation.

Our team has built a kitchen extension with a spacious dining and sitting room. We designed and installed structural steels to support the main house walls, integrated the new extension into the existing house, and installed new heating and electrical systems.
Installation of bi-fold doors and two roof lanterns allowed to bring much of the natural light into the new space, making the room comfortable and practical at the same time. In completion, we have built a utility by converting part of the garage and patio to allow customers to enjoy a nice view of their lovely garden.

Another great collaboration with the outstanding architect's team from HarmerFitzDouglas. A fantastic garden room extension to the existing house and a complete spacious back garden transformation. Unique architectural glazing elements were specifically designed and manufactured for this project, like a glorious glass link between the existing house and garden room extension and panoramic box bay windows with integrated LED lights and a fantastic light oak finish. Acoustic oak panelling and floor tiling give the project a modern and stylish touch. An integrated screen quickly transforms this room into an entertainment area to watch movies or enjoy your favourite team's football games.

Harmer Fitz Douglas architects designed the project. The idea was to make an extension to the existing Victorian house, combining a modern look with the character of the building. Beautiful cedar cladding, a tiled roof, and architectural glazing elements like a glass link between the existing house and the new extension and panoramic window on top of the ceiling make this project modern and stylish. It nicely integrates with the current house design.

House renovation works, including spacious double garage conversion into stylish games room, hallway, kitchen and lounge complete transformation. Excellent teamwork in designing and building this project. Many design ideas were achieved during the process, and close communication with the customer, like a media wall with integrated lights and a three-sided fireplace, hallway and staircase panelling, staircase oak cladding, modern light oak design elements in the garage, and beautiful glossy large format tiles through the hallway, study, kitchen and utility room.

Bespoke garden gym with great BBQ and outside sitting space integrated into one building designed and built by our team. The project beautifully integrated into the existing garden. Stunning panoramic windows and high-quality aluminium sliding doors give an incredible feeling of space, light and comfort. The BBQ area is designed to provide shelter but, at the same time, a sense of well-organised outside space for family and friends gatherings.

We have completed this bespoke garden gym for one of our clients in Streetly. The building was designed to meet the customer's requirements and integrated nicely into the spacious garden and landscape.
The brief was to build a garden gym 8x4 meters and a big terrace with a canopy to allow some exercises to be done outside. Our designers created a beautifully organised space with panoramic windows to open the view to the garden and let in more natural light. We have connected the new building with the existing Control4 system. It provides control of the whole property from a touchpad or phone, including music, TV, security and lights.
